Who I Am

Senior operator turned independent consultant

I'm a British operations leader based in Northampton, UK, with a career spanning Royal Mail Group, Amazon, and OPLOG — one of Europe's largest fulfilment and 3PL providers. Across that time I've led production planning, logistics execution, workforce planning, compliance governance and cost optimisation for regulated, deadline-critical operations across the UK, Middle East, Europe and US.

I hold an Executive MBA from Bradford School of Management, a Level 7 CMI Diploma in Professional Consulting, and I'm currently completing the CIMA Operational Level qualification. That combination — hands-on operational leadership plus formal training in both consulting and finance — is what I bring to every engagement.

Led end-to-end fulfilment and 3PL operations strategy across a multi-customer, service-driven eCommerce logistics network spanning 7 sites across the UK, Germany, US and Türkiye — owning service performance, productivity, cost efficiency, compliance and leadership capability while scaling capacity and profitability.

  • Accountable for total P&L of $15.0M ARR across 36,000 sqm of multi-client facilities
  • Led a leadership organisation of 62, with frontline workforce flexing up to 400
  • Re-designed warehouse footprint, improving storage density by 40%
  • Led financial, operational and strategic input into a successful Amazon External Fulfilment tender

Regional Manager

Led 3PL logistics operations across 20 sites in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, accountable for Amazon's Heavy & Bulky, Temperature Controlled and Water Fulfilment verticals via 3PL partners.

Country Manager

Amazon Logistics · Saudi Arabia

Built and led Amazon Logistics in Saudi Arabia from the ground up — project managing the creation of the AMZL operation, the launch of 5 large delivery stations, and new programmes including Same Day Delivery, Pick Up Points and Amazon Lockers.

  • End-to-end accountability for 9 delivery stations, 2 sortation centres, ~800 personnel and a ~230-vehicle fleet on a $62M cost basis
  • Reduced Last Mile cost per shipment by 29% ($7.28 → $5.14)
  • Improved First Day Delivery Success from 78% to 91%
  • Scaled operations 3–5x for peak, deploying 1,800+ couriers
